River of Light ("we", "our") is a personal music discovery and curation app. This policy covers the River of Light app and the River of Light YouTube Music Connector Chrome extension.
When you use the Chrome extension to sync your YouTube Music library, the extension reads YouTube Music authentication cookies from your browser to fetch your liked songs and listening history. This data is sent to your River of Light account and stored on our servers.
Your music library data is used solely to power features within the River of Light app, including music discovery, organization, and reflection. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the app.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data stays in your River of Light account.
Your data is stored on secured servers. Authentication cookies are stored encrypted and are used only to maintain your YouTube Music connection.
You can disconnect your YouTube Music account at any time from the app settings, which deletes your stored cookies and sync data. To delete your entire account, contact us.
